GRIND
x
Darling, in order to move away from ‘grind’ culture, you have to step into something new. Or perhaps, something ancient...
⚡️real
⚡️effortless
⚡️something that teaches you the art of receiving.
There’s no doubt that dedication, effort & action represent some elements of a fulfilled life - but busting your guts, to the point of burn-out, will only leave you doubting yourself, questioning your purpose & feeling out of alignment.
Ground Culture is my offering to guide you away from the ‘grind’ in order to cultivate new perspectives & magic with ease. Ground Culture will support you to become
*firmly rooted in yourself
*sure of your place in the world
*courageous in your Leadership
I know you’re a successful, confident, go-getter - but along the way we can all loose sight of what it’s all really for, of who we really are & who we want to be.
This MasterClass will be a 1hour deep dive of personal & embodied exploration using Coaching, EFT & a powerful guided journey back home to yourself.
Followed by 30mins self study with a PDF Journal & (badass) playlist. This will ground your mind and senses deeper, to powerfully examine what’s been holding you back & where you’re going to leap forwards.
This Masterclass is influenced by the Serpent & Jaguar elements of the Shamanic Medicine Wheel, which represent change. So if you know you want to change the grind & hustle mentality you’ve been taught to live by, this is for you.
To be clear, grounding is not about stagnation. It’s about anchoring into yourself & your Leadership (we are all leaders in our own lives) so deeply, that you feel more at home & at peace with every step you choose to make.
You will receive:
*PDF Journal & Prompts
*Spotify Playlist
*MasterClass will be recorded & emailed out for those unable to attend the Live.
